Booking Process

  • To schedule a cleaning, send us a message. We will confirm availability and discuss the details.

  • In case of an emergency, cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Payment & Cancellation

  • A 30% deposit is required based on the agreed service price.

  • If cancellation occurs after 48 hours, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

Cleaning Requirements

  • Clients must provide the necessary cleaning supplies, including:

    • Products for glass, wood, and tile surfaces

    • Mop and floor cleaner

    • Vacuum cleaner

    • Paper towels

  • Homeowner presence during cleaning is optional.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Golden Standard Cleaning is not responsible for any personal belongings in the home.

  • Pets must be either under the owner's supervision or placed in a comfortable space.

  • We are not liable for any damage caused by cleaning products when used according to label instructions.

  • Vacuum cleaners naturally wear out over time, and we are not responsible for any decline in their condition.

Pricing & Payment

  • Payment terms are negotiable and based on the agreed service package.
